Sorting Listings?
After a few weeks of closed jobs and about the third rejection of a job, we decided to no longer trust job boards to let us know what’s actually available. We began to do our own post checks before putting them on a post list.
The list became Hextill. It is small on purpose as we prefer to carry confirmed openings rather than padding our count with openings we don’t have. There’s no exception when roles come down: when we hear that they’ve been filled.

With Fewer Dead Ends
Most job search platforms only generate revenue based on volume, and there’s not much reason for them to pull a listing once it’s full. We do the opposite: fewer postings, but each one is worth your time to click.
That is, as much time is spent on removing roles as it is on adding roles. When an employer removes a position, it has no involvement in the months-long process; it is removed the same day.
No Guessing Games
All postings display the company name, so you’ll know which business you’d be applying for before you do so.
